An ECM system will greatly improve accessibility to your business knowledge but maximum benefit is unlikely to be achieved without some level of training. Your administrators need to know how to manage the system and your workers need to know how to use it.
As much or as little as you need
Perspicuity offers a range of consultant-led training services that can be tailored to suite your business and your ECM deployment. Our trainers use assistive technologies in their daily working lives and have many years’ experience of training new and experienced technology users.
We can provide ‘en-masse’ point and click style user training as well as key user training and application administrator training. As part of any system implementation we offer ongoing mentoring and support.
For many of our customers we have taken responsibility for the entire training and roll-out; providing multi-layered training programmes to suit the needs of each individual or group of users who access the system.
Training your trainers
An alternative solution, particularly for non-IT end-user training, is our train the trainer approach. We train your own in-house trainer (or designated individual) and provide customer specific handbooks so that they can get your teams get quickly up to speed with the knowledge they need. Our “train the trainer” courses tend to be targeted at specific business user requirements.
Software specific training
We generally recommend that your IT teams attend official vendor training for the software platform used. This will be the best training available for covering the full spectrum of functionality. We will be happy to advise you on the most appropriate courses.
