Windows Desktop:

Office 365 is supported on Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. For the best experience use the latest version of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Windows Mobile:

Office 365 is supported on Windows Phone 7, 8 and 10.

Mac Desktop:

Skype for Business – A full client for Mac users is available. Skype for Business has not (yet) been released

Office Web Apps – Mac users can use Safari to access the full functional versions of Office Web Apps including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

SharePoint – SharePoint Online supports user access by the Safari browser

Email – Mac Users can use Mac Mail & Entourage to access mail and calendar services provided by Exchange

iPhones/iPads:

Access available for email, calendars and SharePoint. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, are also available from the App Store with a Business, Business Premium, Pro Plus, Enterprise E3, E4 or E5 licence. OneNote and OneDrive for Business are available from the App Store on any licence.

If you’re using Blackberry 10 then you can use ActiveSync to connect to Office 365.

If you’re using a prior version of Blackberry then you can take advantage of the free Blackberry cloud offering in order to synchronise your email, calendar, contacts and tasks to your mobile device.

Yes, there is no need to enter in your credit card details and the trial is automatically cancelled after 30 days. We can arrange 90 day trails for larger customers. Please note: if you choose to walk away, trial information won't be saved unless backed up.

Microsoft Office is the desktop suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other packages that are installed on your PC, and is available as a standalone licence.

Office 365 is a subscription based package which includes both cloud services and the rights to download the Microsoft Office suite.

They include:

Exchange Online – This allows you send and receive email using your own domain name. Use Microsoft Outlook to compose emails and to read incoming mail, manage calendars, contacts and tasks.

Skype for Business – Work with other members of your organisation using Instant Messaging, Voice & Video conferencing, as well as screen sharing.

SharePoint – A web based solution designed to help your company share information and make teams more effective by sharing including documents, tasks and calendars.

Yammer - The enterprise social network for businesses.

OneDrive for Business - Allows you to store, sync, and share work files in the cloud as well as locally.

Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus is the extended suite of desktop productivity products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, Skype for Business and Access which you purchase on a subscription basis.

Each subscription allows you to install the Microsoft Office software on up to 5 computers that you use. By subscribing you pay a small amount each month and always have access to the latest version.

SharePoint Online – Using SharePoint Workspaces, you can synchronise documents between your local PC and your SharePoint Online site allowing you to work offline.

Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus – Subscribe and you can install Microsoft Office suite on your PC & iPad (5 installs in total) – this includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Skype for Business.

Microsoft Office 2016 is designed to be installed easily using click-to-run technology.

Email requires a little bit more configuration in regards to setting up domain names and mail routing.

You will typically have either 10 or 25 licences and with each of these you can create a temporary email address (you@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com ).

Once set up you can:

- Use SharePoint to upload, edit and manage documents and tasks

- Use Skype for Business to send instant messages, share you screen, and carry out voice and video conferencing
