What kind of work do we do?

Primarily we deliver SharePoint solutions. Read below to find out more about the specific roles that we are looking to employ.

We have a number of clients in a variety of sectors, from Fund Management through to Housing Associations. We don’t box consultants into one client for months on end and we realise that variety is important. The work we do is very client facing and is not about being locked up in an office with a 50 page technical specification!

How do we work?

Our project teams typically comprise a Service Delivery Manager  two SharePoint consultants, working directly with the client to understand their business problems and create a solution that delivers real value.

Because of our mix of clients, all our projects tend to be different, giving you variety and the opportunity to develop different skills.  We don’t expect our consultants to spend five days a week on site – a typical week involves a mix of on-site, off-site and office work. Normally you can expect to be working with at least three clients in a variety of industry sectors.

Team members at all levels need to be comfortable dealing with directly with the client as we don’t operate a rigid project hierarchy and we take a common sense approach to deliver the job.

You will need to be able to travel as we have clients located across the South East England, although many are in London. You will also need to be able to work from home on a regular basis.
