P1 operates at all phases of the delivery cycle and ensures that applications are built to last and for purpose. P1 also lessens the burden on the IT department and ensures business continuity by encompassing support and maintenance – including patches, upgrades, licensing, hardware etc.

As far as technology goes, we continue to work with EMC Documentum, but find that as Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) has developed it has become an incredibly adaptable and affordable ECM platform. A big benefit for many organisations is SharePoint’s integration with common office tools – making it more familiar and more easily adopted across the business.
