A fully budgeted operational cost
Support is an intrinsic part of our P1 service. Once your business systems are up and running you want to keep them that way – through P1 you can call off support time as part of your fixed monthly fee.
Using your service credits, you can make sure that costs for system improvements, upgrades and enhancements are built into a fully budgeted operational cost. This keeps things simple and your costs constrained. Above all, it keeps your systems alive and relevant to your business as it moves forward.
We support your business
A bit like the AA supports the person, not the car, we support your business and not just our deployments. You can also call on us to support existing deployments implemented either by your own teams or by third parties. This means you don’t have to keep whole support teams in-house.
Many of our customers operate a small internal IT team – preferring an outsource model where system and technology experts provide maintenance and support of business systems.
Supporting hosted services
There are a number of options available to you for buying the servers and software to support your business systems: on premise, hosted services, Software plus Services, Software as a Service. Which option you choose on this sliding scale will depend on your resources, budget and information and data requirements. It will also affect the levels of infrastructure and application support you need. We can discuss this with you when we work out the best option for your business.
