Recent Work

We work with customers in the Finance, Public, Utility and Housing Association sectors; each customer comes with its own challenges, but what they have in common is their need to manage large volumes of information, documents and data relating to people and assets. Our customers value our straight-talking approach and the ongoing responsibility we take for the long-term success of the systems we build.

Here are some examples :

SharePoint implementation

We helped Majedie Asset Management create a richer client journey for investors.

We created a SharePoint ECM system and integrated it with Salesforce.com so that Majedie could demonstrate compliance with industry regulations and make information available to clients in a way that reflected the real relationship between fund manager, client and advisor. Simon Hazlitt, Client Director at Majedie says, “Our fund managers are now free to concentrate on managing funds rather than dealing with requests for information. Not only are we making information more available to clients, we are also reducing the burden on fund managers to supply it.Read more

System support and development

We are helping Islington Council to support critical applications while delivering against a roadmap for business system development

We helped Islington Council build a more rigid support structure for its diverse Web applications. As well as providing ongoing support for documented and bespoke developments, we are helping Islington to develop and simplify its application infrastructure. Injeet Bamrah, Integrated Corporate Architecture Manager says, “There are a number of reasons why I’d recommend Perspicuity. Not only are they experts in the technology, they also understand the limitations of council’s budgets and have adapted their relationship with us to work around that.

SharePoint and Documentum integration

We helped energy company, E.ON, simplify processes and improve compliance with a single process and location for storing large volumes of documentation.

We designed and built the integration between SharePoint and an existing Documentum system so that E.ON could use a single system and process for managing its formal power station documentation. We continue to support E.ON’s content management platform.

ECM Roadmap for Metropolitan Housing Partnership

We helped Metropolitan Housing Partnership understand how it could create an ECM strategy to simplify asset management and develop business processes that improve efficiency and profitability.

We gave Metropolitan Housing Partnership a roadmap for developing a SharePoint system to manage the large volumes of information and data that it handles daily. They said, “Perspicuity have shown us that they really do understand the challenges we face: the sheer volume of information and data that we have to manage and the difficulties of maintaining an accurate and up to date picture of each housing asset or customer case. Then there’s the issue of compliance and standardised policies and procedures across the business. Perspicuity’s grasp of these issues is impressive. They’ve given us a clear understanding of how we can introduce a solid platform on which to run an efficient and profitable business.”
