What varies is the nature of the content, the documents you produce, the processes that you manage and the different roles of the people in your organisation.

Perspicuity has worked with a large number of customers across different industry sectors. While common business themes apply across all of these customers, there are a number of sector-specific requirements that we have become expert in both understanding and addressing:

Finance

Finance institutions want to improve productivity while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. They are often under pressure to supply performance information to clients and can rely too heavily on paper-based and manual processes. We have worked with a range of financial services organisations – from large banks through to specialist investment houses.

Housing Associations

We have worked with a number of housing associations. Many of their requirements are common to other classic asset-related management organisations that we have worked with. Housing associations have fairly complex information management, customer service and compliance needs.

Engineering and Construction

This is a predominantly project-based industry where information management and collaboration are vital to project success. We have worked with a number of companies in this sector and have particular expertise in CAD and ECM integration.

Utilities

We have been involved in complex ECM projects with a number of utilities companies. This is an  industry where managing asset related information and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements are key issues. These projects often have their sensitivities so it is not always possible to reference customers by name, but we have worked for a number of well-known power and water companies.
