How do we do it?

For many of our email migrations, we can perform all the work remotely from our Somerset office – simply put:

  • Discovery: we’ll scan your environment to help you identify the mailboxes in scope.
  • Prepare: if required, we’ll capture passwords from your users so we can set up their Office 365 account in advance.
  • Migrate: it’s time to start copying your user data, they won’t even know it’s happening.
  • Switch Over: we’ll update your users’ Outlook to point to Office 365 and move any final emails.
