Your journey to Microsoft 365
Discovery
It begins with a discovery call - in the call, we'll scan your mail system for all your accounts including shared mailboxes, distribution lists and public folders. We'll also cover what your migration journey looks like based on our findings.
Scope
Based on the report we provide, we'll collaborate with you and agree which mailboxes are going to be migrated – and which are going to be user accounts or shared mailboxes.
Data sync
The process begins - in many migrations we sync your email as soon as you’re ready with just a single login, or help you prepare your colleagues for the migration and their responsibilities to get their data syncing.
Pre-migration
In preparation for switchover, we can help in setting up user accounts in Microsoft 365, including ways to let users set a familiar password on their new account.
Switch over
The big event! On migration day we will work with you and assist with the final changes to get you fully onboard.
