Meet Tony Clegg

My role at Perspicuity is split between the technical delivery of complex and interesting business solutions through to managing a team of talented and accomplished Consultants.  I am also responsible for ensuring that customers are successful on there Microsoft journey by running our Success Service programme.

If you look back at my previous experience it is varied and interesting where I started my career in the Royal Air Force Regiment.  Since those days I have worked in the development of people using leadership skills going back many years.  My experience also spreads to working for different Microsoft Partners where I can now bring awesome ideas into Perspicuity.

For me the average day is always different.  It starts with a team meeting to check in and ensure everyone is positive without anything stopping them having a great day.  After that I often spend a lot of time with customers understanding what their problems are and how Perspicuity can help to solve them making Microsoft products a great investment.

I enjoy the variety of working with young people and sharing experiences that can help them learn and develop.  Being that person colleagues can come to for support and help so we all work as a great team together.

When I joined Perspicuity, it was in the role of Senior Consultant and was focused on my customer and technical knowledge.  But over time that has moved towards a mentoring and leadership role along with keeping the customer relationships going.

With such a varied group of people its knowing that everyone has something to contribute making an awesome team.  Its not always about the knowledge someone has but the approach they take to learning and sharing.

Having experienced a few places to work in my career the one thing that stands out for me in Perspicuity is that everyone supports each other and we all feel equals.  It feels like a Team all working in one direction and knowing that everyone from the Managing Director through to the youngest Apprentice can all offer something to the team.
