We strive to be honest, ethical and transparent in everything we do. We cannot condone and have a zero tolerance approach to any form of slavery or human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

Suppliers to Perspicuity are obliged to comply with all applicable laws in their contracts. During the course of this financial year, we will be introducing human rights, anti-slavery and human trafficking awareness training for all employees and thereafter periodically as part of our ongoing compliance training.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Perspicuity Limited’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
